I ordered Fabuwood Cabinets from TrulyHome at the end of August. The cabinets were shipped much earlier than expected and they arrived in about two weeks later and where in excellent shape. Upon inspection they were excellent quality as advertised and beautiful. TrulyHome made one error and forgot to order one cabinet. Michele quickly took care of this problem and expedited shipment by Federal Express and the cabinet arrived in three days undamaged. Michele is their customer service person who communicates with the customers about the status of their orders and deals with any issues. TrulyHome is lucky to have her and she is an example of what the ultimate customer service person should be. Cabinets are now installed and they are beautiful.
