If you are reading reviews trying to decide if you should order from Walcraft, stop now and order. I could not recommend a company more. Every business should learn customer service from Walcraft. Every person I talked to was amazing.

The guys at Walcraft Cabinetry were helpful beyond what I expected. I researched RTA cabinets online to the point of obsession. I decided to take a chance on Walcraft because of their story. My research indicated that pricing was all pretty consistent, the big difference was in the service I received when calling.

I have never installed cabinets before but I’m a pretty experienced handyman and amateur carpenter. The assembled cabinets fit perfect and were easy to install.

I do not have enough nice things to say about Walcraft Cabinets. From the get go, both Brian and Sean were an absolute pleasure to work with. They are incredibly quick to respond and answered any possible question I had. I am an Interior Designer and chose Walcraft for my own personal remodel because I was SO impressed with their customer service, pricing and cabinetry quality. I know how frustrating communication can be with vendors, so I can’t even tell you what a relief it was to find Walcraft  someone that actually responds to emails and phone calls! All the way through my project, they were there every step of the way. Honestly, working with Walcraft was the most enjoyable part of my remodel.

We are sharing before and after photos of our son’s remodeled 1958 kitchen which has been completely transformed with the Dover Lunar cabinets from Walcraft Cabinetry. We had never worked with ready-to-assemble cabinets before and stumbled upon Walcraft in another kitchen blog review. We had already researched pre-assembled cabinetry from the local home improvement store, and it seemed like we were taking a big risk even considering using a RTA product. (We were afraid they would look cheap.) We decided to fill out the online inquiry form with Walcraft and within 30 min. of sending it we had a personal phone call from them; within a day we had been connected to a designer and had our first layout within 24 hrs!

I can’t say enough good things about Walcraft Cabinetry! I did an extensive amount of research when sourcing items for our kitchen and fortunately came across the company in a random Reddit post. We started looking at nearby kitchen renovation shops, but custom or even semi-custom cabinets (made in the US) would cost us around $15-20k, which was a bit more than we wanted to spend. I ordered sample doors from Walcraft and a few RTA stores online and Walcraft by far had the best quality and finishes.

After a lot of research I decided to go with Walcraft cabinets for our kitchen remodel simply because I could not find a single bad review.

I don’t really have much to compare these cabinets to other than my old ones which these are much much better than. Hardware is great, the cabinets themselves were easy to install by myself and the finish on them is great. I had a cabinet that had the side panel bowed, and one with loose staples. Both of these problems were easily fixed with a screw. A few base cabinets had either the face, or a side panel with 1/8th-3/16 difference on the top which made leveling them for countertops a little trickier but not a big deal. Other than that they are a solid cabinet with very nice hardware.

The staff and the products are 5 star. Every question about the cabinets were answered in very timely manner. They were never exasperated though I surely gave them reason to be with my never ending questions about every aspect of the entire process from design, delivery, assembly (especially assembly)!

This company was amazing to work with. We flooded during Hurricane Harvey, and I just could not stomach the 4-6 week wait just to build/install cabinet. I did some research and found Walcraft online. We spoke with Brian many, many times before we pulled the trigger. Our contractor spoke with Brian many, many times.

I am a small, semi-custom and spec builder and thus, I am constantly searching for products and vendors that will help me complete projects while adding the value that buyers notice and appreciate.

I was nervous about RTA cabinets in general, but Walcraft Cabinets answered my questions and offered guidance throughout the design and ordering process. They stayed on top of the order and kept me informed all through delivery and beyond.
