If you are reading reviews trying to decide if you should order from Walcraft, stop now and order. I could not recommend a company more. Every business should learn customer service from Walcraft. Every person I talked to was amazing.
I did not place a large order by any means, but felt like I was their most important customer with every email and phone call. I received at least 5 phone calls once my order was received to check my progress and make sure everything was going smooth. I had two issues, both my fault, and the team at Walcraft promptly resolved both. I wish every company operated the way Walcraft does. A huge thank you to everyone!
