How it all began...
Founded in 2016, the idea of TrulyHome Cabinets was an inspiration from our Founder and CEO, Sean Walsh. A seasoned contractor himself, he sought to reinvigorate the online cabinet buying experience; and make it easier than ever before. He partnered with our Co-Founder, Brian Nightingale, to establish a cabinet company built on trust, integrity, and exceptional service.

As a seasoned custom cabinet maker and general contractor, Sean’s quest for top-quality, affordable cabinets led him on a journey filled with broken promises and subpar products. Determined to spare others from similar frustrations, Sean partnered with co-founder Brian to establish a cabinet company built on trust, integrity, and exceptional service.

This is Sean's Story
TrulyHome’s doors open in 2016
After an online cabinet company helped me to understand what it felt like to be worth less than a few thousand dollars. I had never been treated like this before and it stung. I fell victim to the oldest trick in our industry. Do what it takes to get the order (including a promised two week delivery), collect payment, and then ship everything that is in stock. I was never told that there were items out of stock. I simply received some of my order two weeks later.
I called and no one answered
So I left a message. No call back. I emailed. No response. I did this so many times and for so many days. I begged, I pleaded, and I waited. It took three months before I was able to receive everything I ordered and finish the project. Literally, once they received my money, I was treated like trash.
I was very discouraged
After spending all the time I did researching, I had realized it was all smoke and mirrors, and I had fallen for it. Later I learned how to discover the truth about an online cabinet company. This experience infuriated me so much that I decided to do something about it, and I did!

It’s been over five years since, and boy has it been a wild ride that I’ve enjoyed.
I’ve learned so much about the industry and I’ve seen so much of the greed and garbage that Sean has written about. But I’ve also seen firsthand what goes into being a company centered upon God and doing what is right. I’ve watched the blessings that come as a result, and I love it.
Today I get to serve others by helping their new kitchen dreams come true. The kitchen is the heart of the home, and the heart should be filled with love. Count me in on that one.
